Bill Jansen's 1929 Ford Roadster #2
This 29 A Ford Roadster was the third
rebuild of this car the second being the Hiboy Roadster.
What you
see in the photo is as far as I got with the Rod.
This Photo was taken at the Albury Rod Run in about 1977.
While the Rod was still in the Hiboy state a new chassis was built up using independent suspension front & rear and when the chassis was finished the body ,engine and transmission were transferred over. After finishing to the condition above the car was driven around for a short while then in a moment of weakness and a lack of funds the car was sold for $3500 to Neil Ide who finished it.
